- Pet information: species (dog/cat), age, concerns/goals (entered during quiz) - Report data: generated coaching content (stored on server upon payment) - Access information: IP address (automatically collected with API requests) - Payment information: card details, email (processed through payment providers) - Settings: language preference (stored in browser local storage)
3. Purpose of Collection
- Generate and deliver personalized coaching content - Process payments for paid reports - Provide report retrieval functionality - Improve service quality and resolve errors
4. Retention Period
- Pet information: deleted when browser session ends (not stored on server) - Report data: automatically deleted 30 days after payment - Payment records: subject to payment provider (Polar.sh) policies - Access logs: retained for 30 days then deleted
5. Third-Party Sharing
The Service shares necessary information with the following third parties: - Polar.sh: payment processing - OpenAI: AI content generation (pet information transmitted) - Supabase: report data storage These third parties process information solely for service delivery and do not use it for separate marketing purposes.
